50 I could see, 5 is not realistic IMO. For most players who are buying land out on the edges of the map, 5 donuts/token would represent a massive discount compared to the previous pricing.
But charging anything at all could be a problem because they're called free land tokens. I wonder if this situation was envisioned when they came up with the tokens, and so it's all part of a larger plan that isn't yet fully revealed, or if there's been a course change that has led to a bit of a jam.
