Easter update splashscreen?

If they have coded a large event;or any event, I highly doubt the would just skip it, it'd be a waste of man/women hours.
And it could just be a smaller event that last two weeks, one week each side of Easter.

I would of preferred whacking day i regret not buying ninja Homer last time

I suspect we're getting a short, Saint Paddy's Day style, update for Easter followed by a Whacking Day update closer to May

Why would they change the splash screen just for a short quest

I really, really hope this is real..

I play on Android, and upon loading the game there is always a spinning donut on the bottom right hand side of the screen, or it shows my Origin login details at the bottom left hand side of the screen (with the "Tap to continue" button). Never is the splash screen completely empty of any icons. The pic could have been taken while the donut is spinning and have been cropped out, but based on how much of the screen is visible I would expect to see some of the donut. No? I could be totally wrong, and hope I am, but after seeing so much misleading information over time I'm hesitant to believe this is legit until someone reputable confirms it.
