Days of Future Future is schedule to have a special “dates” which is on April 14, 2014. What that means I have no idea but I would definitely check in on your game on that.
The tentative end date for this update will end on April 15, 2014
The entire update’s “kill date” is set for May 15, 2014. Whether thi means you have that much time to gain all of the free items or at least start the quest by then is beyond me so keep track of your dates

Nothing really

Why would you want 10? 1 is more than enough. Are they all exactly the same?

It's part of the quest line you do the 7hr task 10 times
