Event Mystery Box Trick?

I've gotten a few event mystery boxes this time, and got a few over other events...

Every single time I get one, the prize has been one of the items that are shown on screen (before scrolling). I decided to get another one. Waited until the visible section was only items I was interested in. Got one of them.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is it just a fluke that this pattern has repeated?

It very likely is, but I thought I would pose the question. Anyone ever get anything that was not on screen?

    Last time I got a mystery box, a five dollar bill fell out of my phone. That definitly wasnt on the screen.

    Edit: come to think of it, it was probably stuck to the back of my phone from my pocket. Nevermind.

    this worked for me !
    I win a prize that was on the screen!
    Three times in a row.

    I only had three items at my mystery box.

    It was probably just luck, maybe i will try this at the Valentines Chest, but probably just luck.

    It's a fluke. I've tried that on previous Mystery Boxes and got stuff that was off screen. Somebody in the past posted that they were getting the first item shown repeatedly, but no.

    I think it's worth a try... have heard quite a few say they got the one they wanted from cycling to get it in the first line up then win it :)
