EVENT THREAD #10: WINTER 2016: Q & A AND STRATEGY THREAD: ACT I

Did someone check all their Christmas characters to make sure no-one else but King Winter/White Witch Burns have event currency? I tried but didn't succeed.... :s I don't remember who has Christmas skins anymore.
