Every Character Should Have Standard Task Durations

Definitely agree with all TO characters having standard 1, 4, 8, 12, 24 hour tasks.

I'm all for more "outside"/visible task animations. Sometimes I just like sending characters out on visible tasks just to see them all!

I know I've read on the forums before someone suggesting a SEND ALL option for each of those time frames too. It'd save a lot of time.
