Yeah that's Maude it's her in her haunt mode. She comes back as a ghost since she was killed- That Maude Ghost is from 1 of the Treehouse of Horrors where they summoned Maude with the Fortune Teller then she turned into that and killed the Simpson family. It was 1 of the opening credits segments
