Congrats! I don't think it is rare at all and that's why it's unlocking screen says 'You've found an ultra rare item'. Does anyone agree with me?

I just read in another thread somebody has 2 eggs that dropped

I hope I get a couple since they give a 3% increase

I think it's pretty #&!@ing rare, but that's because I haven't found it. Which would be less irritating if I was still finding baskets.
