Failed to send invites

After paying for donuts and being a loyal S.T.O player, it fails to invite or send invites. What the hell is wrong here. Lots of people have this problem and contacting Origin or EA doesn't work because they don't respond. This is B.S. If you are able to send invites send me one please.
