They have (usually) a substantial XP bonus, so you can add another 153% xp to your total bonus. When the next level rolls around, you can start up the XP collider and collect bonus donuts.
You really believe everyone who plays tapped out is willing to spend real life money on donuts just to charge a collider in order to what....? Max out an already maxed level and win 1-3 donuts?
Just doing the railyard one time after the level up will pay for 24 hours of the xp collider. It really is a net gain for free.
