Felon battle timer resetting too quickly.
It is happening in my freemium town but not in my main town.

Yes, but it is random. I have had it reset in as quick as 2 minutes or as long as 3 hours. My average is around 1 hour. I can't keep my fighters healed up enough to fight them.
