If I buy the other felons, will all 6 fight each other at once?

It's like three couples fighting each other simultaneously - And the value in having them fighting each other is what, exactly? I mean, it's 2 thirty donut purchases. What's the value? Just curious. I bought one set and was disappointed that there was no multiplier or (apparently) any other income boost from the purchase.

OP, if they were just NPC wandering around...I personally wouldn't want them.
But do I want them at all? I've been holding off, even forgetting about them, and soon I'll run out the (invisible) clock, so maybe they're not that cool. A lot of people seem to agree. I'd like to hear from the people who bought them and love them, but who knows their reason. - they could become roaming npc's later if EA want. I guess it's giving the orphan alley piece a point to have it.
- Any pictures of the felons out there. I would like to see them. Thanks.
