felon ?

event ends march 31st

What I don't understand is why you can have super villains such as the collector attack felons, shouldn't super villains be helping felons? Although the burns prison is defiantly a for profit private prison so many the villains want the felons to suffer? But why do both sides attack felons, it's a Mystery I would like to figure out.

Because Krusty (uh, Clownface that is...) stole all of CBG's memorabilia. So he's fighting on the side of good - to get his stuff back.

You should be finishing those felons off. You need the payouts. You should only hold off on finishing them off if you have all the prizes for the current issue and are about to start the next issue. Otherwise you're losing out on the payouts.

No, but according to what I've read there's a limit of 5 in your town at one time.

Also, I've read we need to get all the stuff by the 24th when phase 4 opens. The event goes to the 31st, but the last week you can no longer do the earlier parts.

none will know for 100% sure, peaple can hack the game files all they want but its possable EA may remove something, add something, or change something such as the ice palace having 2 diffrent versions.

True. Still, safer to aim for the 24th and have extra time, than aim for the 31st and not have the last week.
