Felons question
That's what I have as well. 8 hour shifts arent easy to catch 3/day spawns, for me anyway. I've been known to prolong going to bed until the 3rd one spawns. Hah

2-3. Only way I can get 3 is if I log in during working hours (bad!), but sometimes when there's a lull, I do that just long enough to get the felon. Often, that results in my having to stay up about 20-30 minutes late to get the last one, but I make do if I need to.
