Fences Event
It would be nice to have an event in which all fences/walls are temporarily available. People may buy out on all the houses, but we can always use fences. It doesn't need to be a big event.

I think there should be a whacky fence building game.
Marge's tool box (don't know if we have that already) but oh no it's homer hiding in it to do the carpentry.
So you select the parts to make the fence you want and put them in a gig then homer nails it all together but he doesn't always get it right so sometimes you get the fence, sometimes you don't and sometimes it's a consolation prize(which may on occasion turn out to be better than the fence. Oh and homer might even be missing or asleep then you can't do any.
So it's a more inventive way of slowing you down a bit than just this takes 4hrs to do one.
