Fertilizer or Corn?

I think it depends on what you need. We'll need way more fertilizer for crafting than corn, but I find after I got through the first few Monsarno levels, am getting way more corn that fertilizer.

I'd started with a focus on corn, but switched to fertilizer now.

    That was my instinct as well. I'll prob go fertilizer moving forward, until we hear a good reason otherwise

    I'm also doing fertilizer, on the grounds that we need more of it and that it takes half as long to get as corn. 16 hour tasks?! REALLY?!?

    I've been sending the characters I can to get corn instead of fertilizer, because it takes longer and it seems harder to come by. But you guys are right, we will need much more fertilizer than corn, so I'll start focusing on that.

    A quick calculation on the first 3 craft-able items shows that corn is at a roughly 30% whatchamacallit (I'm tired) to fertilizer, so I'd focus on fertilizer. Plus I think we'll earn corn doing Friend Actions (I think - this is a confusing event and I'm Tired).
