I've found it to be quite easy, personally. She always seems to be located near a house, and since all my houses are together (and I don't house farm) it makes it pretty simple to find her in combination with the beeping as you get closer.

Is your SFX volume up to the highest (in options menu)? I quickly pan across my town until I hear her then start looking.

I also find it very easy. I have all the land and many of the premium buildings, and am just above the decoration warning level; but I don't have a house farm. Whenever I play, I put the volume up high and just quickly scroll around my whole town (systematically). I normally find the sucking sound effect in the first 40 or 50 seconds. I haven't lost a single round so far. Easy game and awesome payout. Best Mini Game in my opinion!

I find it fine for the most part. I just turn my sound on full blast. I have to do my friend's moms because she has bad eye sight and her town is bigger and more packed than mine, I have found Maggie in hers every time. Missed Maggie in mine more, though. Go figure.

i have a pretty big town and have found her everytime. i just turn up the phone and fx volume, scroll till i hear the sucking sound and tap all houses building in the area. :D

i found her everytime and ive been playing since the game came out all you have to do is listen to the sound when u hover over the houses and you found her

I have no problem finding her. It's when I have 1:00 to go and I spend that minute tapping her like crazy and nothing happens. And I run out of time. It's been an issue twice now.

My town is huge and I find her with no issue. You're either not very good or your town is poorly organised.

In like 80% so far, Maggie is sitting in my blue house farm.

So, it's just another incentive to use house farming. 8)

I've had a bit of trouble tapping Maggie as well. Seems like I have to tap the house, not Maggie. Aim for the ground that the building is on - seems to work. There is a bit of a time lag with her animation when you do successfully tap her. Watch the timer and see that it has stopped running.
Practice is key!
I'm also seeing that she only goes to certain buildings. Never see her go to Springfield Heights or unusual or premium buildings. So you're most likely to finder in your residential areas.
