She was a single character if you already had the gypsy shop but not her.
If you didn't have either she was a bundle with a building.
I'm pretty sure she isn't linked to the building so you can't cancel her tasks by Storing it I think.
I have her from halloween :)- I always lose Maude! And Arnie Pye.
