till you open the challenges' screen the screen that hands you the donuts will never appear

Same thing in one of my side towns since this morning. All the normal fixes don't work. My guess is there was an invisible expiration at 7 am this morning which would have been the normal switchover. I didn't complete the last task until an hour or two too late :(
