Firework building quest stuck
Completed first quest line and now quest line has red slash. Logged out back in, stored and unstored. Just got done uninstalling and reinstalled, still questline is a no go....

- it means the character needed is in a job already
- No one is on any jobs.....
- Same for me. Says done but it's locked.
- I had the same issue. Send Bart to the factory again. It won't be highlighted under his jobs but it cleared for me after he finished.

I also had to do this in two of my games; it worked. The other three games had no issue with the fireworks factory
