first post, big question

Barney doesn't payout at a premium rate, so unless you really love the character, and want him regardless, then Scorpio and Jasper would be the better investment.

Out of the 3

1) Hank Scorpio with Volcano Lair. Cool Tasks and Cool building. The downside is he isnt voiced but I still enjoy having him

2) Barney with Bowlarama

3) Rich Texan

I love all 3 characters so its hard either way. I'm not concerned with payouts as much as cool characters. I was thinking scoroio and jasper because its two buildings/characters.

If you have won the skin for Barney on the wheel then I think he would be the way to go so the skin doesn't go to waste. If not, then I suggest jasper, his tasks are hilarious.

I like Jasper as his 1 hour, 4 hour and 12 hour tasks are outdoors...I just don't like how the Community Center building isn't used by any character. Also as Bee~ said, if you have the Plow King skin that might give you some incentive to go for Barney. Tough decision to make. Can't go wrong either way, Hank Scorpio is sweet even if he isn't voiced.

Get more bang for your buck. It's really your preference.

Rich Texan and get other stand alone characters if you don't have. You can make more cash and money.
But if not Hank and Jasper is the way to go. 2 Cool characters with great tasks plus they come with buildings.
Barney is just overpriced so don't get him unless you have donuts to spend or like BEE said if you have Plow King Skin.

i have the skin but i've heard that it is kind of lame. I'm torn because i think all three of the characters are important. Decisions, decisions

After some consideration I made one purchase and it was.....the Duff Brewary. I was visiting a neighbor and saw duffman thrusting away and instanly knew it was a place I needed to own.
