Fleet-a-pita help
Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something here please. The fleet a pita vehicle is locked with the message to start the 'the investorettes pt 1' quest. I have completed the part 1 and am now on part 2 but it's still locked. Do I have to complete the whole quest line before I can buy the van?
