Fleet-A-Pita
I've tried to solve this before, but still can't get the vehicle fleet a pita. It tells me I have to start the 'the investorettes pt 1'quest. I started the quest and finished it, but still can't access the vehicle

maybe it will help. Let me know. - Finally solved the matter. It turned out that there is 2 'the investorettes quest' lines. You have to go through some of Luann's quests with the cracker factory before you get the 2nd quest line, then the fleet a pita van is unlocked. Not sure it was worth it after all that. It's just a decoration and doesn't even give any % bonus
