Yes if you tap it the man will launch out of the top of the building and fly away, it's quite a neat animation.

I like it too! :) - There are a bunch of these. Some you can see in your neighbors' towns. Example: World’s Largest Zirconia and the Note. Tap the Zirconia.

Same here. Also I'm not that lucky and have had to pay $300,000 for the bonus donuts several times.
