the whale is laughable and i'm surprised people actually bought it but sadly other items are also getting expensive... jimbo is 120 donuts and there some buildings like the motel and the bowlarama which are ridiculously expensive

...because people keep buying these items. If people would stop buying the overpriced stuff they'd be forced to lower the prices. Premium players are the ones who let them get away with this. But hey who am I to talk right. I'm just a freemium player. :roll: lmao
not all the premium players are doing it.. it's the completionists that spend $200-$1000 on the game the ones that would buy a 500 donut item just because they need it.

Thanks for the correction. That was my fault for not clarifying :oops: but the people who do that know who they are.
They're kinda hurting everyone in the long run, plus lately the expensive prices started leaching into the non limited time items, which sucks for premium players who don't want to break the bank over a game.
i doubt they care which is the problem they'll keep spending until the prices get too ridiculous even for them..
ea was testing the waters with the whale and pretty much got the go ahead from them to make items that expensive.
You're right about that! But if EA really thinks that driving up their prices will keep this game popular they're in for a big surprise. The people who really support this game aren't completionists, since they're probably a minority for a bunch for obvious reasons. I think they're gonna push away the regular premium players. That'll be more so if they continue with these weak updates that they've been giving us as of late. So far their promise to a bigger year of events and items and whatnot is a huge flop. Let's just see where things go with this.
All I know is I'm gonna be laughing when prices get jacked up so high that even completionists who would argue to the last breath that this game is worth every penny complain and get aggravated on the forums. I see a lot of Josh's in the future haha :P
