Friend visits - not getting any rewards

You get spades for the first 30 friends or 90 actions. Make sure the town has collected spades to ensure they are ready to give you spades, it might be a good idea to skip towns that aren't ready in your first 30 friends and come back afterwards.

The spades "hide" behind the cash and XP and is hard to see sometimes.

Every 24 hours, you can only collect shovels on the first 90(?) or so taps. If you had visited some neighbors before you reached the point where you could start earning shovels you may miss out on collecting for the day.

Also, the shovels pop out underneath the $$$ and XP, when they do appear, making them hard to see.

You should still get FP's for tapping mutants/buildings in friends towns, unless you've reached max FP allowed. 8)
