Frinks Cube.
Saw it, bright blue cube and it gives robot parts. Not sure how difficult is it to find as it was right in middle where it put me in next town.

The first one comes up automatically when you're ready for friend visits. After the quest where Homer goes to the brown house for 2hrs (and if you have Grimes, his task has to complete too).
