Funzo glitch?

So I stopped tapping Funzo yesterday, in anticipation of having a full town's worth when Act 2 tarted. All of a sudden when I was tapping the find button, it started taking me to the police station and there's no Funzos over there. I even picked up the building and moved it and it took me back to it again. I didn't get the "no more Funzo" popup so I think there may still be some in my town but it won't find them now. Anyone else having this issue?

I have one on Springfield School ... I can’t see it over Skinner’s head and I’ve moved the school LOL. Looks like I’ll have to wait until my 4 hours is up to get the little Funzo LOL.

Does it seem like the spawning of funzos has decreased or am I going crazy. Because during act 1 I could come on relatively often and get a full 40. Now it seems to take forever. What is the full weight for everyone else.?
