Further investigation on next issue

I would just like to take this opportunity to say, I've been warning people not to presume CRs would keep dropping after today. (And now I'm bracing myself for the flood of threads/posts screaming about how short Part One was and how everyone was expecting to somehow keep getting CRs.)
