Also worked for my iPhone (downloaded update, couldn’t get in to game, turned phone off and on, restarted game, game downloaded more updates, game worked - no logging in for this one). :smile:

Got the Playstore update, downloaded the game update and managed to load the game up, what a mess buildings missing and others appearing then disappearing as you scroll now can't get back in, guess a patch is needed.

I'm having the same issue. Missing buildings, mountains, etc. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even restarted the phone and the problem still hasn't been resolved.

I have a case opened with support. Ill post if I get any answer

For those who are missing things - have you tried the graphic glitch fix - going into edit mode, selecting the glitched item - this is where the item should appear again, then exiting out of edit mode?

The graphical glitch that @1-Graham-S posted above makes me think (in at least that case) it may be a graphical glitch issue.

It’s also possible it’s not, but might be worth trying to see if it is.

(I know it might be a pain to do it with everything missing, but trying it on one or two items may help you determine if that’s what it is or not).

I got an answer if you can call it that from ea. They said to ensure i am connected to the internet and restart my console.
