Overall I like the crafting part. It lets me pick and choose what I want and sometimes how many.
Releasing the event in separate parts doesn't bother me. Each part has it's own time limit and prizes and it changes things up a bit for the entire event.
I wouldn't mind seeing something different though. Maybe for Xmas bring back the community prize part. It would make a nice fit for the season.
