I don't think they'd be enough characters/skins/buildings to add.
Not as an event but to add to the Stonecutters event after the event ends. Kinda like a mini quest / storyline. There is one character in particular that was a world council leader of Stonecutters and turned to no homers and that was George HW Bush. Mr T and Jack Nicholson also were members.
It's be a nice idea, I do like it, but I'm not sure if EA would do it because you have the problem of fragmentation. Some consumers have the stone cutter stuff and the rest wouldn't. This could create a dispute and unrest - EA doesn't want another Easter. For this reason I don't think we will see one.
