No it's a gay bar so there all out of the closet so no need for a cover. Straight guys need a cover charge just in case they get rear ended :o

I'm only placing them at intersections, and yeah only one or two of each of these spy things.

Except the bus stops. Very happy to finally get these in the game. I formed a bus route around my town with strategic placement.

I noticed today that all of the manholes I placed throughout my town are in the upright position and none will go back into the ground. Have I missed something? Anyone seeing this?

At the surveillance post, you can turn animations on/off. If they are on, the manhole covers are up.

I stopped buying them because they don't go in the center of the streeet. Perhaps they will fix that later? Maybe I should get more just in case.

Not in the center, annoying to be sure but to be locked in upright position when I want the surveillance animations on just seems wrong. I'll be storing mine pretty quickly, I like the other animations, just not manhole covers staying up and mailbox shotgun at face level lol creeps me out.
