Game breaking glitch!

Thank you for nothing to the crappy EA support. They gave me a coupon code and told me to uninstall the game and it would be fixed.... Really, its an online game where the data is stored on your servers. Does your customer support even know what they are doing? I put a month into this game, and I cannot even log into my town now because the game instantly crashes. I suggest to anyone else playing to give up as well, before you waste even more time than I did.
