Game crashes when visiting neighbors

I was having the same problem then someone suggested it as caused by the collect popping up on the short jobs that was causing it. So the remedy is don't play for one hour then go direct to your neighbours without collecting from jobs/buildings first. You should be able to skip through your neighbours reasonable quickly then. If I do this I only crash if someone visits me whilst I'm visiting my neighbours. A crash when I'm playing the game happens again when a neighbour visits me or if a collect for currency pops up whilst I'm collecting from buildings.
