Game Killing Bug

Question

I stopped playing the game over a year ago after being hit with the bug which caused old quests to start, characters unselectable and only fixible via a roll back of the game. I had it done 3 times and it just kept happening so I quit. Just wondered if they ever sorted it out?

Hi, EA dealt with each case by performing a rollback for each town affected, as their preferred option to help. We haven’t read about any new cases for several months.
