Do you have any friend requests pending? If someone sent you requests you haven't accepted or rejected yet, those requests count against your friend limit.

I just started a thread in bugs and issues to see if anyone else had a problem.
It's weird because it was working last week, but Ijust tried to send from all 3 of my towns and none work :'(
