game reset

you're an origin member right? that prevents any chance of the loss of your progress in the game.

a couple times mine started me over at Level 1 and only remembered my account upon re-loading the game. But if your app just decided not to be there anymore that's next level strange. usually the lethal problem has been when it seizes up during the regular loading screen, but that's before I ever get to log in and see the town.

    This can happen sometimes if your device storage is starting to get full and the device automatically deletes temporary files, unfortunately some of those files are used by the game and it can cause it to redownload the whole game.
