Ok, I think Music Notes are the prize currency for Act 3...
This event is so convoluted and crazy. And then there's all the glitches... Having to keep track of which characters can do what since all the tasks aren't highlighted and worrying that more could drop down the list so I'm putting my characters on the wrong tasks...
Then there are the level 52 tasks on top of the event...
Plus the whole Money Mountain debacle...
It makes me think about just quitting the event and getting on with my life (not quitting the game, just the event). I've been grinding every hour to get crafting currency to craft all this stuff and barely keeping up. I've got Sideshow Bob, and that's the important thing from the event as far as I'm concerned. I'm astonished they didn't make him the final prize - then offer him at a cost of a huge batch of donuts after the event ends.
And of course the crafting currency is completely unbalanced. From the looks of it I'm going to wind up with tons of unused corn. They should have made the Farmers Market a trading spot of some sort. I was kind of hoping that was the point when they made it a task to build it so early in the game. Either directly swap one crafting item for another (like maybe 3 corn for 2 Fertilizers or 1 DNA) or use it to make swap deals with your neighbors (tap on it, select a neighbor and request what they have, then they counter offer....). That would have been neat.
Anyway... I think I'll try to wait for Act 3. Maybe if I just don't open the crafting menu I won't goof up and tap the wrong thing...
