The improvement is marginal: at level 28, I get 6, 9, and 15 DNA for the 3, 6, and 12 hour tasks. I think level 20 will be optimal for most people. (I decided I can live without the Farmer's Market if it gave me a better chance at opera seats and flower walls.)
Thanks for the info. It sounds like hardly any improvement... but since I have already crafted the Farmer's Market and it's the only fertilizer based craftable I want, it's time to pour those remaining resources into level upgrades then.
