I'll be happy just having them period in the game. They dont have to speak at all. Half the characters in the game don't even talk because they're voiced by guest stars, so this is no different. Having Lyle Lanley show up during the Monorail event was a first step. So obviously it's possible.
Just give me permanent playable non-voiced characters of Troy McClure, Lionel Hutz, Lyle Lanley, Horst, The Cable Guy & Evan Conover
