Global Envy

From what I've read, you just need to complete another day of Norbert's adventure quests. I haven't been able to verify yet as that should be available for me tomorrow

I was wondering the same thing. Thought maybe that it might unlock after completing all the adventure quests for all the acts.

Got the same message earlier today and have absolutely no idea what to do, tapped on the do it button and got took to the airport but with nothing to do, hopefully something will either appear tomorrow when I can start the question quests again or on a predetermined date the quests will carry on.

They should have been more clear about this with the in-game text.
