Gold records on walls building

I originally didn't want to buy it, 70 donuts being quite a lot for such a big and not really pretty building, but since it effectively costs me just about 30 rat trap trucks, I got it after all, and I think it makes a nice extension to the hotel (ignoring its side text that's not that eye-catching anyway):

These types of premium buildings have actually been my favorite part of the last 3 or 4 events. Gimme some more EA

Wow! I initially thought I would pass on this building since it isn't very attractive, but you have shown a clever way to put it to use. I love the way the yellow sign lettering on the Westerfield Hotel combines with the front face of the building to make it look interesting. Well done!
