Scratch-off ticket that requires donuts to buy (but you can win donuts as well). I believe the jackpot was 100 donuts. It was part of the level 26 update that disappeared.

During the brief period that I had level 26, there were 2 types of scratchers available - the regular and the gold kind OP asked about.
I chose the regular one and won $750 but it came with a message saying that I could have won 9 donuts if I had chosen a golden card. IIRC, the golden ticket cost a single donut, but I'm sure about that.
