Yeah, also thought about that , I only added some extra brown houses near central area and placed all the "graffitable" buildigs at the middle of the town.

Someone tapped one of my KL rides, and I'm pretty sure I got an FP from that. So knowing that the majority think KL is a waste, is if a faux pas to tap rides of my neighbors?
Edit: Just got another handshake in KL, but I was mistaken there is NO FP generated from it, just tickets & XP
