Do you use a VPN? I have a friend who lives in China and she uses a VPN to get around the "great firewall of China"
Chinese authorities have been slowly but inexorably cracking down on VPN use. Back in January of this year it was announced that use of VPNs and special cable connections have to be approved by the government, essentially making such services illegal. The rules went into effect immediately, but their implementation may take some time according to a number of sources.
