Absolutely!! This is a 30 second job. There's no reason to go this route at all. Even if you have money to burn, your losing time-wise. I'm not even going to bother finishing the quests for this building if this is all that I'm ending up with.

You need to progress the questline to get Raphael's 4 & 8 hour animated tasks, so there is more to it than simply the movies (which appear to be completely worthless).
