Grand canal houses
Just see that these houses placed next to a River add a kind of terrace on the river itself. Anything else new like this?

Well I found that Grand Canal Houses 1, 3, 4 and 5 make the terrace. I can't get 2 to do it. For number 5 you must make a ^ shaped river in front of it.
UPDATE: I did finally get 2 to work. It takes a LOT of trial and error.
