Just make sure that people with the SAME task is 5 min or more in between, if your lucky you have 2 complete task done in 2 min 120 x 2
And then maybe 1 h waiting instead of waiting 8 or 16h
Its important that you split the groups and the group with same task leave time inbetween so you can constandly clear handshakes and get those 120 shovels each time.
