They are both in the main inventory screen matt should be in characters

They weren't, I looked everywhere for them
And couldn't locate them at all.

I ended up waiting in hour for chat support, and chatted for a hour to only end up with Matt and the writers building back.
Case has been handed over to email specialist support, to try and get krustys house back :-(
